5 minute walk from Tempe Station
Sydney Buses route 422 from the City terminates at the Museum.
Sydney Buses route 425 from Dulwich Hill, Marrickville, Sydenham Station and Rockdale.

Vintage Bus Rides
A free vintage bus service using the famous Sydney double decker is operated on Saturdays between the Museum and Marrickville and on Sundays between the Museum and Newtown Station. The first bus leaves at 10.15am and then every hour until 2.15pm (more frequently during special events). On Wednesdays during school holidays a limited bus service is operated as required.

Group Visits
Your group is more that welcome at the Sydney Bus Museum! Your School, Senior Citizens or special interest group can be accommodated either during our regular opening times or out of hours. A prior booking (two weeks before) is required if you intend to bring a group of more than 10, to allow the organization of our volunteer tour guides.
