FAREWELL STATE TRANSIT

Saturday 2nd April 2022 marks the final day of the State Transit Authority of NSW. For the past 33 years the STA has been the largest operator of buses in Sydney. From Sunday 3rd April Transdev John Holland will become the operator Region 9 and end 89 years of direct Government bus operations in NSW.
The museum has many historic former STA buses in the collection and on Sunday 3rd April 2022 we will display and operate some of these buses as well as some provided by museum members.
Join us for this event as we say Farewell State Transit marking this historic occasion. Normal museum prices will apply and Vintage former STA Mercedes buses will operate to Huntleys Point as well as our classic double deckers. Book now to avoid missing out on this event.
