Inner North Wharves Tour

Join us for a special Members only tour exploring the wharves and termini of the Inner North aboard two historic buses specially designed to navigate the narrow streets and tight termini.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Sydney Bus Museum Members are invited to take part in a day tour retracing a number of routes in the Inner North area.
Representing the early tramway takeover years of bus services to the wharves is the Museum's own 2878, an AEC Regent III delivered in 1953, which will be contrasted by 3683, a Midi MAN delivered in 1996. 3683 has been kindly made available for this tour by our friends at Taylor's Transit Authority, and is preserved in its 2000s Newcastle condition, representing the modern era of buses serving the wharves. ​
A variety of photo stops will be available along the route, giving opportunity for shots at Balmoral Beach, Musgrave Street Wharf, McMahons Point and a number of other locations. ​

Tour includes a one-hour stop for lunch in Cremorne, which is at additional cost to participants and not included in the fare.
HOW TO BOOK
Members will receive a link through the Museum's Memberjungle system, taking them to the event booking page.

Tickets may be booked either online, or on the day.

Non-members* - $30.00
