Throughout the year the Sydney Bus Museum holds Super Sundays with additional services and features throughout the day.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This special event combines heritage with the festive spirit of the Balmain Christmas Markets, held inside the historic White Bay Power Station. It’s the perfect day for families, history lovers, and anyone looking to experience Sydney’s unique heritage in motion.
Your museum entry ticket includes unlimited rides on our heritage buses. The Sydney Bus Museum will be open from 10:00am to 4:00pm, with plenty to explore, including preserved buses, interactive displays, and a gift shop for last-minute Christmas finds.
Celebrate the festive season in style with the Sydney Bus Museum’s Super Sunday! event featuring special heritage bus rides to the Balmain Christmas Markets at White Bay Power Station.

Climb aboard one of our beautifully restored vintage buses and enjoy a nostalgic journey through Sydney’s inner west, linking Leichhardt, White Bay, and the City. Buses will run every 15 minutes throughout the day, giving visitors plenty of opportunities to ride and explore.
